Tabitha Mattison received her education from Polk State College. She received her Florida assisted living administrative core training, and in 2018 earned her core certification through the University of South Florida. She worked as Life Enrichment Director at Water's Edge in Lake Wales Florida. She worked in the home healthcare field in the Orlando market, her primary focus being assisted living communities. For several years she worked for Cornerstone Hospice as their community educator, serving as an advocate for hospice services and benefits while providing community resources for individuals in need. She is active with the Polk County Veteran's Council and Flight to Honor, serving on the flight to honor fundraising committee. Her heart and passion is helping senior adults of our community to maintain their independence with dignity.
